    4. We may feature promotional coupon and discount programs. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code:

    • On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code in the box next to "Gift Cards and Discount Codes." Codes are case sensitive
    • Click "Apply."


    If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.

  4. Gift Cards


    5. Important information about Gift Cards:

    • Timing of Delivery: The gift card will be delivered via email to the recipient within one to two days after the date of purchase.
    • Restrictions on Redemption: Any gift card should be redeemed within one year of purchase. After this period the card expires and there will be no value on the card.
    • Notice of Termination: If for any reason PIPE by Palachio needs to close its online store, a notice will be posted on the site giving a 30 day period to redeem any outstanding or unredeemed amounts left on the gift cards.
