  2. To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account:

    All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, pipeunderwear.com reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged.

    Orders normally ship within one business day if received before 12:00 pm EST. Exceptions to this schedule may occur on the day following a three-day weekend and during the weeks of the Christmas season. Please remember that orders are not processed or shipped out on the weekends.

    So your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

    Estimated delivery includes order processing time and shipping time.

  4. Different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

  5. Tracking Your Order


  6. When can you track your order?

    Generally, order tracking numbers are assigned at time of order confirmation to package at our warehouse and appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's order tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

    Orders placed on pipeunderwear.com may be delivered by one of several different shipping methods. Order tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during Checkout.

    Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these instances, "My Account" on pipeundewear.com will not offer order tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. To learn the difference between order tracking information and order status, please read the information provided below.

    Finding Your Order Status

    The status of your order is easy to find.

    • Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
    • Visit the website. You may sign in at pipeundewear.com and view your order history under "My Account" section at any time. Information about your open orders, order tracking, and past orders is available.
    • Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, please email us by clicking Contact Us.
    • We also offer an optional customer service button to view your current tracking information by entering one of following information: name, email address, phone number, order number, or purchase order/reference number. This is the easiest and fastest way to get current information. Please note: Order information may not appear on pipeunderwear.com in your order history for up to 1 hour after the order has been submitted.


    How is order status different from tracking information?

    The status of your order is supplied by pipeundewear.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that may provide order tracking information until your order is delivered*. The order tracking information is accessible from "My Account" section on our website when it becomes available.

    *Order tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

  7. Emails About Your Order


  8. After you place your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your SPAM exceptions list or your email address book (refer to your email program to manage your incoming emails). Keep these emails accessible for your records. Below are examples of emails you might receive:

    • Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
    • Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your order has shipped. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
    • Important notice about your order. This email offers important information about your order, such as: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order, and cancellation of order. If you receive one of these emails, please contact us by clicking the Contact Us link so the problem can be addressed immediately. Please don't forget to add you order number.

  9. Cancellations


  10. Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

    • Unavailable item(s)
    • Difficulty in processing your payment information
    • Inability to ship to address provided
    • Existence of a duplicate order


    If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via email. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, please email us by clicking Contact Us. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your SPAM exceptions list or your email address book (refer to your email program to manage your incoming emails).

    Customer Requested Cancellations

    • After you have clicked "Send My Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately.

  11. Shopping Bag


  12. When you shop on pipeunderwear.com and add an item to your bag, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List.

    Options in the Shopping Bag:

    • Review your order. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
    • Update order quantity. If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your bag, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update Bag".
    • Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. Select the item and click "Remove from Bag" or change the order quantity to zero and click "Update Bag".
    • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping while viewing your Shopping Bag, click "Continue Shopping". Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List. At any time, you may return to your Shopping Bag by clicking "My Bag" at the top of any page.
    • Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Checkout". Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.
    • Move an Item to Your Wish List. If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on "Move to Wish List."

  14. If you find products on pipeunderwear.com that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you may add them to your Wish List. Your Wish List saves items even after you leave our site, making them easy to relocate and purchase at any time. Items in your Wish List will remain until they are purchased or removed. You can access your Wish List any time you visit pipeundewear.com by signing in to My Account with your email and password.

    Options in the Wish List:

    • Move an item to your Shopping Bag. When you are ready to purchase an item from your Wish List, simply select that item and click "Move to Bag". You will then be able to purchase this item through our secure checkout.
    • Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on pipeundewear.com while viewing your Wish List, click "Return to Shopping".
